Just read this book, Heart of the Matter by Emily Griffin. The whole time I was reading it I had this uneasy feeling in my stomach that I just want to throw up. It was a painful book to read but one that I have to finish anyway. I hate the act of cheating. And to what extent do we forgive once we have been cheated by someone we love, whether we are the girlfriend or the wife. Are second chances really worth it when you know that the love and bond you once share will never be the same? It depends on the situation really… but this is just a black and white scenario for me. When you love someone you just don’t cheat.
